Efficiently integrates with your systems
To maximize efficiency, we develop a customized, highly automated workflow tightly integrated with your systems. We maintain a database of your production-ready files for manual and CD production on our servers, and connect with your systems for regular updates.

We create a manual/ CD store, seamlessly integrated into your web site, that allows your customers to order manuals and CDs online. Orders are checked against your licensee database to ensure that the customer is authorized for each of the products requested. Once authorized, the customer provides credit card information, and the store processes the payment. Orders for new manuals or CDs are automatically routed from this store or our your order entry system to our fulfillment center.

Fulfillment is truly “on demand”
Many physical fulfillment companies claim to provide on demand service, but still produce manuals and CDs in large batches because their production systems force them too. Worse, they only provide this service for your highest volume products.

Our CD/DVD replicators offer 99.99% accuracy on disks with 100-400 year archival life, similar to the best results in volume manufacturing, and much higher than that achieved with in-house production in small quantities.
