To ensure the highest level of quality and reliability, Nexstra uses the very latest in digital print and CD technology. Some critical components of our technology are highlighted below.

Digital Logistix, a leader in digital printing, provides our manual printing services. Digital Logistix produces thousands of manuals daily for customers such as Hewlett Packard, Siebel and Sony.

Hard copy manuals are produced on state-of-the-art digital printers from Heidelberg. Heidelberg’s NextPress 2100 is used for color output, while black and white is produced on the DigiMaster.

CDs are produced on Rimage Producer Series machines, the gold standard in on demand CD replication. EMedia Magazine reviewers raved “[Rimage]… fills a significant void in the market and sets new quality standards…”

Nexstra has developed software that integrates these and other technologies to provide a complete, true on demand physical fulfillment solution. Software components of the solution include:

• An online catalog and store to enable customers to browse your manual and CD offerings and place orders
  
  
• Systems for establishing for which of your products each customer is authorized to receive manuals and CDs
  
  
• Software for workflow management, process control, and variable content production, including the ability to create CDs and manuals “on the fly” customized with the specific content desired by each customer.
